Alpha Betty level 191 glitch-scrambles and ends when there is a word to make

I understand difficult, I love a challenge, but this is wrong.  The level comes up and just ends-no available moves it says. Or it will scramble when there is a word, using a blank or sometimes not, scramble again and end your game. I just went through 5 lives in a row where I could have made a word and it just ended.

Hey EFMorgan, did you check for updates for your tablet and apps? Restart your tablet. Do you play connected to the Kingdom or to Facebook? Make sure you synchronise your progress first. Then uninstall the game on your tablet and install it again afterwards.
