What are the blue bubbles for?

Fairly new to this. On level 68. How should I use blue bubbles / squares with decreasing numbers in them, please?

Ah those things are tile bombs, the little bubble in the corner of them indicates how many moves you have left until they explode. You want to avoid this at all cost as they take moves away from you when that happens, you need to use the tile bomb within a word in order to destroy them.
