How do I advance to the next level?

On AlphaBettySaga I have successfully completed level 65 multiple times but the game won't advance me to the next level. Is there a requirement I'm not aware of?

    Level 3

    I think you either have to wait three days, or pay to get to the next stage, or ask friends who are playing it to help you.
