problems using firefox

have firefox newest version and flash also newest versionon fb it does not load alphabetty, ( candy crush, petrescue and other kinggames work well) tells me to install flash, and on king it tells me, my browser is not fully supported, i can't enter only a single game, nothing is loadingplease help

Have you tried to play the game in a different browser to see if its the same there? If it works then it won't be anything to do with Flash and the issue will be with Firefox somewhere, doing general troubleshooting like removing cache & cookies should fix it.
