Why did my lives all disappear? I had 143 lives stored from friends. The fame disconnected from Facebook and when I reconnected I had lost all my lives.

The King moderators confirmed that lives & boosters are attached to the app and can be lost if the game disconnects, restarts or updates. You still get a free live every 30 minutes so it's all good
