How am I supposed to unlock level 51 on alpha Betty?

there are no instructions on what needs to be done to unlock the level or how to ask friends for help to unlock. It has been 3 days that the game will not go forward.

Normally when you tap on the roadblock itself it pops up a little menu where you can ask friends for tickets, you can select all or select specific people. Personally I've had more luck with asking individually rather than by bulk.
