I am on level 261 im not getting crowns for 4 letter words

I understand that there are 3 magnet blockers on the board however I made seventeen 4 letter words and only received 3 crowns total ...even after destroying the magnets I am getting 0 crowns for any 4 letter words is this supposed to happen on this level? Is there a limit on how many crowns you can get on level 261? Thank you for your help

I'm getting same problem on level 347 (although worked ok first couple of tries) Can't pass without the help of crowns though. ....
