why are my lives always away? When i got 20 lives or more by alpha betty, the next time all is gone.

when i got lives that friends give, i Always lose the lives. What is the problem that the Always are gone? Its a new tablet

On Facebook it's always been that way, all messages are gone when the game is closed. Personally I'd say there's no point counting on anything further than the 5 current lives you get, otherwise there would really be no point in limiting people to 5 current lives.
