Alphabetty block on main menu

Hi!

I have the game alphabetty on android tablet and since yesterday when i open the game it wouldn't start as the game block on the main menu. I can not press on any button. I play offline and i don't have make registration trough facebook on my progession. Please anybody could help me ? I dont want loose my progression.. thanks for all !!

    Hey Salih, from what I understand the game is the freezing when you open it. So it stops working? If this is what's happening then try this: Close all your other apps, clear out the phone cache and restart it. Then only open Alphabetty and see if it works now. 

    You can also check to see if your phone memory is full because if theres no space then your apps will not run properly.
