I am having problems with loading AlphaBetty Saga, along with many others.

It started yesterday morning. It seems to loading to about 90% then stops. I completed level 320 back in November and never had this happen until yesterday. Can you please resolve this issue?

What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far with your browser Sue?Don't think it's a general problem as my AlphaBetty is loading and playing fine.

Is stuck loading at the very first screen for you?

StuckInATree, it is a general problem. Many people are having the same problem since yesterday. Doing the troubleshooting doesn't help... .

It could very well be, I just checked in the AlphaBetty section and I'm only seeing a couple of posts made yesterday, are you seeing these posts on another site? What troubleshooting steps did you take by the way?

It's people who have finished level 320 -- no one can go back and replay earlier levels because the game won't load -- another thread here with many people having this issue:  https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/alphabetty-stuck-at-90-loading-since-about-1pm-cdt-1-25-2016-for-many-people-on-facebook#entry_37457Multiple people with multiple browsers on multiple OS versions, as far as we know this happened all at once about 1pm Mon 1/25/2016  -- we can still play to 290 on mobile platforms -- some have tried different facebook accounts which DO work (seems directly related to finishing level 320.)
