Can't get thru to contact us as reCAPTCHA not functioning

I'm on level 161 of Alphabetty Saga. I've been on this level for several weeks. Every time I get close to winning it the game either freezes or says connection lost when I can clearly see I'm still connected. This morning it's a "connection lost" which is a fib as I can see I'm connected. The only way to fix is to refresh which means I lose the game & a life. This has become a vicious circle now and beyond ridiculous. I'm not happy! And NOW I've just had to refresh this as reCAPTCHA didn't work when clicked. I've now refreshed your contact us page, retyped my info & clicked "I'm not a robot" 6 times and still get an error message.

I would check your computer over, check how much space you have free in your memory. Then clear out your browser cache and cookies etc. Might even be the strength of your wi-fi. There's a lot to check.

I disagree. I'm getting the same error and its definitely not my computer OR my connection. I'm on a 5G AT&T Uverse line.

The answer is... King needs to have a look at the script work for the game and for their contact us reCAPTCHA link, and fix the problems.

Don't be passing it back to the players, saying it's our problem with computer errors, because if the players look closely enough we may just realise that the problem is that we are playing your games instead of actually having a life.  And then where would you be?

I'm getting the same problem with reCAPTCHA and it was driving me mad. I would answer the recaptcha photos, it would confirm I'm not a robot, then when I try to send, it starts all over telling me to fill the recaptcha again, and again, and AGAIN.... Not my computer, the problem is with your script writing and faulty links.Don't try and pass the buck onto the players because this sort of fault with your forms is straight up, poor tech on your part. Own it! Now suck it up and do something about it..."Strength of your wi-fi".... Baahaahaa
