AlphaBetty closes unexpectedly

While playing level 142, after making a few words, there are only a few letters remaining. The game displays "Shuffling" two or three times, then displays an hourglass, then abruptly closes.

I've made three attempts to play this level, and this has happened each time.

Device is a 2013 Nexus 7, with current system updates installed.

Could you supply some screenshots? If there are too few letters available to make any words then it would behave as you suggest. What I can't understand at the moment is how it is possible to reach such a position.
