I only get half the moves per level on Alphabetty. How do I fix this?

I only get half the moves per level on Alphabetty. How do I fix this? I was playing Monday morning with no problems. I go out for a while and when i get back I have this problem. Plus I am getting tired of trying to fix it and sending messages. If King won't help I will play something else.
