Lost library

For the last several days and for several days about a month ago, the library of helpers has disappeared from my Kindle fire Alphabetty app. I emailed you previously that about 70 lives I had accumulated had disappeared as well. This is frustrating. The library is still available on my android phone app and on Facebook app on the laptop. Please help.

I am linked and I keep checking for updates but there hasn't been any for quite a while. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Have you connected the game to your Facebook or your Kingdom account on your Kindle?

Check for updates for your Kindle and the AlphaBetty Saga app. Restart your Kindle too.

I've tried all of this and I'm having the same issue. I updated the game and restarted my Kindle HDX. Any other tips? Thanks!
