Witch Doctor Artifact upgrade

There are several of my artifact "Helpers" that won't upgrade.  I have three stars on all the levels and it WONT UNLOCK the higher level of helper?  Is there another way to Upgrade a character like the Witch Doctor?  Am I missing something?

    What does the score beneath the Witch Doctor say? To get the upgrade you need 135/135. If it's any less than that you've missed a star somewhere or you haven't reached all the necessary levels even if you think otherwise..

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
