problems with alphabetty game

Why is my game not allowing me to use my mice helps and what happened to the money I purchased on my debit card? This game used to be fun and relaxing but now it's more frustrating than anything. You stay stuck on a level for months unless you purchase helps with cash and then it either reshuffles repeatedly until you lose a life or it will not allow you to use your extra moves or blockers that the mice help you with. I'm very aggravated with this game recently. I also purchased gold bars on my debit card and I had 9 remaining and they just disappeared.
