i have updated adobe but not load

cannot load says i require adobe but it is loaded as i play bubble witch. it may be becuase my profile does not include friends but no acccess  to program to changes this

thank you all but i do not think the game is worth the solutions.  I am not a computer expert but I use morzilla firefox to browse and protect my computer so why would I go to an older version which would not give me the add-ons etc that I require to complete my work with.  Why would I go to google chrome? which does not even pretend to respect me and splashes my email address all over the place one less barrier for a hacker to send me an email virus. I love Bubble witch and really enjoyed the one or two times I used Alphabetty.  I cannot be the only one.  it is for the programmer to find a fix, losing revenue etc. Sorry if I sound unco-operative but I play games to access, chill down and back to work not for all this...However, thanks to everyone at least I will no longer attempt.  p.s. i did send a screen shot a few months back no feedback and they are aware of prob .

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? https://king.com/play/alphabetty

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
