Alphabetty level 81 directions

I find the directions for the level 81 to be vague.  I  thought I understood the symbols at the top to mean the length of words to make (five letter words, six letter words and seven letter words), but it doesn't always acknowledge some of the words. Then I thought maybe each one has to have one crown as one of the tiles...then I noticed that if I completed some requirements and the green check mark appears, then a word or two later, the check mark is gone and a number will be there... I'm confused...

Hello,

The issue that you have described (where the words are being counted and then removed) is something that we are aware of this. This is being looked at by the game team. I don't have any  further news on this at the moment but I will look to update you when I hear something.
