Level 170

Anyone have any tips on passing level 170?  I have been stuck here for a very long time.  I even stopped playing the game for months because of it.  I opened the game back up a week ago and still can't pass it.  It's very frustrating.  The closest I have come is needing 4 more cheese spaces.  I'm about to give up again.

It's difficult to give any tips as it depends what words you are spelling etc. I can only really recommend watching a few youtube videos to pick up a strategy. Like this for example:
