blocked level 365 alphabetty saga please open the next levels

Please give me access to the next levels l like this game. It is not the first time l had the same proble on level 320 can you tell me this happen. Why do we have to used 80 caracters to explain the problem when only 15 words would be enough l hope you will do something about my problem and l hope l can continue to play on this that l like

    There are only 365 levels on mobile so there are no levels to 'open up'. The levels after this are only on Facebook right now so if you can play on computer then you can enjoy the new levels :)
