I've lost all my games levels. How do I get my levels back?

 I've tried going to the game and menu and I don't have a pink cog! I don't remember what level I was on but I've been playing Alpha Betty Saga for years, how do I get my levels back?

Hi Cheryl, has it reset you back to the beginning? Were you previously connected to the Kingdom or Facebook?
