Bubble Witch progress lost

Hi, a few days ago I got a new phone. I'd been playing Bubble Witch 3 for years - don't know what level I was at I'm afraid. I read your instructions VERY carefully, logged out of my King accout on the old phone, installed BW3 on the new one, and logged in - but it's at level one. I don't know what I could have done differently - is there any way I cna get my progress reinstated? Thank you

To start of, you should post this question with the Bubble Witch saga 3 game tag, as, the way it is now, it seems you're talking al Alphabetty Saga issue. I'm sure you'll get your progress back!
