Bubble Witch 3 progress lost despite following procedure

Hi, a few days ago I got a new phone. I'd been playing Bubble Witch 3 for years - don't know what level I was at I'm afraid. I read your instructions VERY carefully, logged out of my King account on the old phone, installed BW3 on the new one, and logged in - but it's at level one. I don't know what I could have done differently - is there any way I can get my progress reinstated? Thank you
