My letter are shuffling then game says no more moves on AlphaBetty. There ARE words!

It says ‘shuffling ‘ but I see words I could have played. I lose a life!

    Sorry to hear! From what I can see all looks good and no problem have been reported.

    It would be helpful to know... Does it happen with all levels or only one? Which ones?

    I don't remember which levels particularly. It's very frustrating when you're swiping a word and it starts shuffling then game over!

    note - the word with the blank tile is ignored

    The game auto shuffles 1 to 2 times, says no valid words (even when I can see valid words on the board) and then ends the turn and I lose a life!!! So frustrating. Please tell me this is being fixed!
