I tried to retrieve my data with Facebook and lost all my progress. What do I do?

So I got a new android phone today and decided to download the game for the first time on a phone. I only played it on facebook so I assumed my progress would transfer over. However, once it loaded, it placed me all the way back to level 1. I thought it was just an error with the phone so I went to check on facebook and all my progress has been lost! Is there anyway to retrieve my progress?

I figured out what was wrong!
It turns out that it was my husbands facebook account that I was using to play the game not my own! I'm sorry I'm still new to all this technology stuff. Thank you for the help by the way I really appreciate it.

Could you let me know your Game User ID on Facebook so I can check this up?

Open the game on Facebook on your computer. Scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the number will come up.

It looks like its's a brand new Facebook account. Did you have the game saved on any other Facebook earlier? 

If you didn't have the game saved on any other account or no longer any access to it, let me know what level you were on and I will manually put you up there on this Facebook account.
