HELP! How do you get rid of the letters that are in the two single bars on the left? The letters I keep getting do not form any type of word

there are many ways to play the tiles in the far left column
1) make words ... this is not always possible
2) blast the tiles from the 4 columns to the right
3) drop the chunks from the far right columns ... then start playing crowns
... a crown will usually hit the first tile below a cheese chunk


ideal start ... play the move stealers on the first 2 moves
