I can’t make in-ap purchases. It says this but never loads

This is an issue with your Apple-ID/ iTunes that handles all purchases on your iPhone and iPad. 

It's usually because a failed purchase is still pending on your Apple-ID account or because your payment method on your Apple-ID no longer is valid or has insufficient funds.

Try with removing your payment details on your Apple-ID and then enter it again and enter another card or methid than you used earlier.

Try also reporting a problem with your most recent purchase in the game in your Apple-ID. 

If the issue still persists, then please contact Apple Support directly to get this sorted out.
