yes ... level 802 is a challenge but beatable ... 7 plates in 15 moves
one approach ... using 3 diagonal blasters
1) a single blaster to hit #1 & #2 ... 2) blast #4 ... 3) blast #6

ideal start ... create a diagonal blaster that can later be dropped to hit plates #1 & #2
there are enough moves to break the rocks around plate #5
approximate range ... 11220 will get 2 stars ... 12610 3 stars
