Level 410

Dear community. I play Alphabetty now for several months en never had a problem untill now. I already 'won' level 410 8 times now, but level 411 doesnt show up. After congrectulations with completing the lever there is a message: You can come back soon to play the next level. But everey time I come back there is again level 410. As I already said, I played level 410 already 8 times. Heeeeelllllp

if you are playing through king.com look at https://community.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/discussion/comment/551728#Comment_551728

if you are using a PC you may need to switch to another browser

or you might want to try playing AB with gameroom

Hello Crazy Lad,
Thank you for your advice. I tried another browser but didn't help. I play on a laptop in windows 10. Can you explain to me wath gameroom is and how I can get there.

gameroom is a facebook product that you can use to play king games
open in a new tab or a new window ... https://www.facebook.com/games/alphabettysaga
select "play on gameroom" then download gameroom when prompted

before trying gameroom ... the scrolling may be different after level 410
open AB in chrome(or firefox) ... then left click the mouse and drag the mouse downward until "chapter 10" is opened

if scrolling does not work with chrome or firefox then your account may need a tweak ... @Crazy Cat Lad will be able to handle any problems with your account ... he is available on weekdays

he will need your game ID ... it would help if you could list anything you tried(original browser, alternate browser, gameroom results, scrolling results, and anything else you tried)

Hi @Duracelletje The King.com site do not feature more levels than 410 in AlphaBetty Saga.

You will need to switch to Facebook or a mobile device to be able to play the level 411 to 920.

Open the game on your Facebook first here:
https://www.facebook.com/games/alphabettysaga 

Play the first level so the game gets registered on your Facebook.

Then go to King.com and log in to your account there. after this follow these steps: 

-Click on Settings
-Choose Account
-Type your password
-Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
-Click on the two arrows
-Log into your Facebook in the new window

Open the game on Facebook and you should be on 411 on your Facebook account

OK @Duracelletje , then the only option to continue now from level 410 is to switch to a mobile device.

Download the app from App Store or Google Play Store and connect the game to your King account with the same email and password that you use when you log in to King.com.

If you haven't any possibility to play on mobile, then stay tuned since the King.com site is under reconstruction so the new updated AlphaBetty version should come there too soon.

Hello Crazy Cat Lad, thanks for your mail. I tried to open a Facebook account, but I'm still waiting for their approval. Do you have any idea when the reconstruction AB is completed?

Hello Crazy Cad Lad, because you helped me so much I will let you know, that I signed in ad Facebook. I followed your earlier sent instructions and ques what: I started playing level 411.
