Any suggestions for the unwinable level 464 lol

level 464 ... 2 mystery words in 15 moves ... this level can be a bit frustrating, as you already know 

one approach ... consider the quit button when:

1) the move stealers are unplayable ... or ...

2) most of the upper exclamators are unplayable

crown approach 

1) try to make 4-letter words with the exclamators early in the game

2) use an artifact that adds crown(s) at the start

general approach ... make crowns early ... blasters mid-game ... crowns at the end

another approach ... use an artifact that provides extra move(s) 

when you get a decent board ... take your time ... avoid 3-letter words if possible
... note ... it appears that the traps move away from the move stealers after the first move ... therefore do not quit until the second move in case the move stealers become playable after the first move

That is such a tricky level with the Move Stealers in the bottom!
