Why does the word INN not work?

What (Edit by CM: Rude) is wrong with this game when I can’t use common words?

I am going to put on my psychic hat and try to guess what is happening.

I am seeing a find-the-letters level. 

I am seeing a blank gold tile.

I am seeing one of the following: IN* I*N *NN

I am seeing that the word is not accepted.

I am seeing a glitch in Alpha Betty Saga.

If you are seeing something different, then please provide more details.

There are some minor imperfections with ABS that we must live with.

Hopefully the developers will acknowledge these imperfections and not pass them on to their other products.

This glitch has a workaround that results in obscene scores.

I will gladly post the workaround for anyone who is curious.
