One of your blank letters does not work in Chapter 5

You have a bug in the sections where you have to find the letters. I am on Chapter 5, level 186 onwards. You usually have 2 blank squares in each game, one of them is fine but the other does not register as a letter so cannot be used. Can you fix this please?

This is an old issue and was fixed long time ago. I will report it again to the Game Team.

Meanwhile the workaround is to use the tile to link two letters that are away from each other. The tile is not counted, but can still use in a word as an "invisible" tile.

Had this issue myself today in level 424. There were about 4 such tiles on the board at one point and none of them worked at all. Could have easily won this game otherwise. Please fix the issue.
