Cant buy anything

Hi

I often buy extra lives etc but the last few days I get a message telling me that 'unable to make purchase please try again'.

I play on a PC and nothing has changed. its rebooted every day, wifi works etc

How can I fix this issue please?

@Crazy Cat Lad is able to access accounts and is very good at tweaking accounts(when necessary)

until this is resolved ... would you like to experiment?

if you are able to start with 5 lives(FULL) then you might try some of these ideas:

1) try ABS using Gameroom ... sometimes gameroom works when a browser does not work

2) send me a Friend Request ... I can try to send you lives until this is resolved

3) use your 5 lives ... then wait 75 minutes until 5 lives are restored

4) temporarily switch to a mobile device ... sometimes a phone or a tablet will work when a browser does not work

note: I suspect this is a facebook problem ... but one never knows for sure

Hi. that link is for the game not loading or crashing. I can play the game no problem. its the payment issue that still stands - so wrong link.

Also the click link doesnt work on the 2nd and 3rd points of the 'solution' page. So this really is no good at all.

Please advise

What happens when you try to buy something?

What specific item are you trying to buy?

Are you on Facebook or King.com?

Do you get any error message?

Could you post a screen shot of how the issue looks like?

Hi as per my initial message the error that comes up is 'unable to make purchase please try again'.

Thanks for this @Avyi !

First remove the payment details on your Facebook account if you have any saved already.

Then clear the cache and cookies on your browser.

After this, add your payment details again to your account.

Finally, open the game and try to make the purchase again.

Oh no @Avyi, sorry to hear the issue is persisting 😣

Okay, I one more thing you can try if you haven't done it yet and that is to remove the game from Facebook and install it again.

First of all don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps:

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache.

Restart your PC, add the game back to your Facebook by searching for the game or click here.
