Find the letters and why do you hate your users?

Hi folks:

Greatly frustrated with a number of things about this game so thought I’d share. I’m closing in on level 400 but am increasingly unhappy with the random unfairness of the game. For the Find the Letters levels, I not only have to deal with limited lives, thorns, etc. but also the idea that on a regular basis, even knowing the words doesn’t help when the letters I need never show up. I’ve found myself running out of lives and having to either pay to continue or watch some of the worst ads ever to keep on going. Really? I’ve hung in there to the best of my ability but after a while there’s just no point. Second thing, why do you make a big deal about coming back every day when there is no reward once you reach a certain level? Shouldn’t you reward those of us who come back and play?

I really enjoy the game but not if it’s only going to get me frustrated. Also try and offer customer support I know you believe you’re too big to fail but other companies have thought the same and you remember what happened to them, right?

I think crowns in this gamemode make the needed letters appear that I hope this helps. 😊

Here is helpful hint by @abe_coffee the Alphabetty Expert Player :

This is a helpful technique when playing word list levels: Make King Crowns to add bonus letters to a word. When making a King Crown (4-letter word) the crown will be added to a random tile. Best way to make really long words is to have letters with crowns on the tiles.

As a fellow player I know the frustration from letters that never show up.

We could rename find-the-letters to hide-the-letters.

Consider using Mystery Mouse to add one or two crowns to the starting board.

@Diamond Lim is correct ... playing a crown most often makes the next letter in a word appear.

The new tile with the next letter is gold in color.

It helps to start the game with most of the letters for a word on the board. 

One approach is to quit if more than one letter is missing in the first word at the start.

It may take several lives to beat a level.
