Alpha Betty has uninstalled in my iPad and I can’t seem to reinstall it. I was around level 270 - will all my progress be lost?

1️⃣ If you have been playing connected to either a King Account or a Facebook Account your progress & Gold Bars are safely backed up on King's servers (Boosters are saved directly onto your device's memory so reinstalling the game will delete all of these items).

🔺 However, if you've never backed up your Game to either King or Facebook, reinstalling the game will delete all of your hard-earned progress and start you back at the beginning! 🔺

• You might come across issues with retrieving your saved progress (either on a new device or on your current one). Since you are playing on an Apple device go HERE for tips to get you back on track.

• If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check the tips HERE on how to do it successfully. 

2️⃣ What do you mean when you mention that you can't reinstall the Game?

a. You can't find the Game in the App Store to download it? ---> Go HERE

OR

b. Once you find the Game in the App Store & try to download it, the download doesn't go through? ---> Do the standard troubleshooting: log out, update your Game App, restart your device & log back in. Then, try to download/reinstall the Game.

🔸 Extra Tip ---> Make sure to always have your Game updated to its latest version on your device.
