• note... the board can be unsightly for several moves ... do not hit quit too early
• a vertical blaster will drop a chunk when there are no entanglers, traps, and rocks in the way
• save some crowns for the last few moves to get tiles directly below the final chunk

• you may want to use an artifact that removes trap(s) ... highly recommended
• try to hit rocks on the first few turns ... eventually it is helpful to use the tiles at the bottom of the board
• the tiles at the bottom go away when played ... and return when rocks are broken
• try to avoid running low on vowels ... betty may shuffle and end the game
• betty often hides at least one letter that is needed for the mystery word
• play the tiles that are available on the board before playing crowns
• if a letter for the mystery word is not on the board ... or is unplayable ... play a crown and hope to get a playable tile
• when you play a crown ... follow the path of the crown to a gold tile or a rock
• the crowns hit rocks often ... try to save crowns for the 2nd mystery word, if possible
