Gold and silver tiles

My gold and silver tiles are not working as described. What can I do?

if you are playing find-the-letters the blank gold tiles have a special feature that differs from other games

you may have a real problem if the silver(light blue on my tablet) tiles are not doubled when scoring a word

1) what level are you playing?

2) how are the gold tiles behaving?

3) how are the silver tiles behaving?

4) when did this start happening?

for those who like math ...

ALTOS ... 4 gold tiles ... multiply by 16(2x2x2x2)

sum of tiles ... 1+2+1+1+1=6 ... number of tiles is 5 ... ABS multiplier is 10

total = 16 x 6 x 5 x 10 = 4800

FAIR ... 0 gold tiles ... multiply by 1

sum of tiles ... 4+2+1+1=8(the I is doubled) ... number of tiles is 4 ... ABS multiplier is 10

total = 1 x 8 x 4 x 10 = 320
