let's hope it is a temporary login problem and that it starts working soon ... try to login about every hour and maybe it will connect properly

please do not make any changes until we have more information

1) have any changes been made to your device?

2) has the internet connection changed(new modem, new provider, ...)?

3) did it go back to level 1?

4) what game are you playing? ... you are in the alphabetty forum ... alphabetty has 920 levels(not thousands)

5) please provide your game ID if the problem persists ... open ---> here for instructions on finding your game ID(open in a new tab or a new window)
