Level 844 not completing

Hi, my name is Kina, I'm having trouble with level 844, twice I've filled all the cheeses except 1 but it "is" all complete there isn't one left, to the point that I use crowns to complete that last one to no avail. Is there a glitch or am I missing something? Thank you

here are some screenshots that show how to recover from the missing tile

the empty space must be blasted from a blaster that is already cheesed

and ... the empty space must be the first non-cheesed tile in the path of the blaster
