I played with my old phone
I payed for over 1 year got to 4000 level and I have not register on the phone or save it, what should I do to safe it so I can continue on my new phone

I can’t receive the items from my in app purchases. Payment deducted but transaction failed
I made in app purchases. Payment were made but transaction failed. It happened many times this few days and I had to contact Apple for refund. I do want to purchase those items. Please solve this bug asap.
