Game reset back to level 1
I'm mad. After the last privacy update, my game reset itself from level 17158 to level one. I play on my PC via Facebook. Does anyone have a clue as to what happened or how do I gain all my levels back? PS, #candycrush everytime a privacy update comes up, I lose all my saved lives. Please fix this. Thank you

Purchased gold bars to complete a level and the game crashed. I was one level away from winning 54 golds bars in the level challenge and I was currently using the mega color bomb. I had to restart my game and I lost my progress. Can someone please help me?

I'm having the same glitch that used to happen last year; my super colour bomb vanished suddenly (without my losing levels) and now the counter for the super colour bomb is stuck at zero. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi everyone! I'm on level 16000. I've opened a new door, but it doesn't allow me to step in. It's as if the progress of the game ended there. What can I do? Is there a level cap for Android devices currently? Thank you for any help in advance!
