My Community Level Dropped
Hello, I've been active in the community for some time now and I was previously a Level 3 heading into Level 4 and eligible to be an Expert and access to the Backstage area. However, today when I logged in, I received a message congratulating me on becoming Level 2! Where did my progress go?!

1+ booster is never added but always deducted from the total
Every time I use the 1+ booster during a game it will deduct it from my total but I never receive the extra move. This has never worked. Attached is Screen Shot 1 which shows I have 33 boosters of 1+ . When I am down to one move left as shown in Screen Shot 2, I have tried to use the 1+ booster for another move. As you can…
