hi, I'm the new player. I've download the app already. When I open it, it shut down suddenly and I really don't know why. please help

where are my "5 extra moves" tokens?
From time to time I win a 5 extra moves token, either from a Honey Harvest reward or a daily bonus. However I don't seem to be able to claim those moves. I imagined perhaps they were awarded at the very next time I played, but that wasn't the case. How do I claim those 5 extra moves?

Some of my boosters on Farm Heroes are less/missing by a few. What happened?
I've been playing Farm Heroes for years now and have collected/accumulated many boosters. However, recently I've noticed that when I opened my game to play, some of the boosters have been missing eg: 102 wheels down to 92 and the doggie from 7 to 6. I definitely didn't use any and if I did...I would know and keep track.

Gold Bar Use
Hi, Yesterday tried to use nine (9) gold bars to add extra lives, the bars ere deducted from the total but no lives were received. Can the bard be restored or are they just gone. Thank you.

What happened to the farm house rewards? And all my friends disappeared so I dont get lives now, soon I won't even be able to play no more beans

Why when someone sends me 55 lives do I receive only 1? Only started since they updated Farm Heroes.
Why when someone sends me 55 lives (beans) I only receive 1. This has started only since they redid Farm Heroes. I did have over 300,000 beans and they went away. I wrote support but nothing. Now I am starting over on the beans and can not get them built up because of not receiving them. I used to have 9 pages of friends…

Bug in choo choo challenge
@QueenB There is something wrong with the new choo choo challenge. Yes I say new because the time on it are 99.99 usually choo choo are for one day. Error message
When I go to login from my phone I get this message. I would like to play the games but if they aren't letting me login, or sync up my phone to my laptop again frustrated. I have an account otherwise it wouldn't let me post anything. You guys tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Unsuccessful purchase
I tried a few times to make purchases for additional coins. Apple showed successful purchase but the app showed unsuccessful purchase and thus no coins. Apple billed me for the 3 unsuccessful purchases. Once I used up all my coins to purchase the additional power and halfway through the game it kicked me out and had to…
