When I try collecting rewards, I get an error that I don't have a connection. 1: Device and OS version: Desktop. Windows 10 2: Player ID: I am unable to find it. 3: Game Version 6.54.18

Missing boosters.
I've been saving up boosters to pass a hard level and today all the shovels, tractors, etc. are missing. Suggestions?

Farm Hero Saga
The game will not load past a post that says, "You need more magic beans to feed the animals….." and there is a 'CONTINUE' button, but the game doesn't 'continue', even after clicking several times. I've emptied my 'catch', restarted and have not messed with anything that would cause it to freeze at this point.

Harvest Rush reward won't go away on iPhone
I can't get rid of a Harvest Rush reward on my iPhone (doesn't occur on my PC). It pops up all the time and when I click on it to get the reward it says something about a lost connection. How do I get rid of it?? I'm including screenshots:
