I need the game to sync with a different facebook account. I have tried to uninstall, then download from the right account, deleted both the game and facebook, tried again, tried to to through king.com with safari, download the game from there, nothing is working

Lost completed level
I'm stuck at level 476 even though I've completed it already I should be at level 479 . Can't move forward and tablet and phone not syncing up when I pass a level on one device the next is not advancing. Already log out Uninstall both device app same issue even through Facebook nothing works! !!!!!!!!

Lost my level progress coz I had to restore my phone to factory setting
Hi, I lost my progress (was on 720+ level on farm hearts saga) after I had to restore my phone to factory settings. I had to install the app again and now I don't know how to go back to the level I was in. I was really enjoying the game. Please help. I don't think I used any Id to log in to the game though. Thanks
