I was told that the lost of levels was fixed, but it is not. Why can’t you correct this issue. I am not interested in starting a beginner game back to level one when I was at an extremely high level playing this game for over 5 years? Fustrated

Lock out @ Level 3582 after paid
Hi, I have just being lock out @ Level 3582 automatically after purchase gold bar (in real money) via iPhone apps and this is the third times I have been experienced.
