Farm Heroes Saga won't load on my tablet

The game was working fine. I played it last night, set it aside for a few minutes when I ran out of lives, picked it back up when lives were recharged and all I'm getting is the orange screen with the King logo...it says "loading" for a few seconds then reverts back to my tablet's menu screen. Is anyone else having this issue? Did something change with the game that made it inoperable on Android?

Hi Gale! Sounds like your tablet turned off and went into battery savings mode. A simple reboot of your device should solve the issue. You can set timeout/in for battery saving in the Android settings menu.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, that is not the problem. It appears after the latest game update on April 15, others are having this issue as well. Perhaps a game glitch/bug that needs to be addressed.

I've tried all the things suggested still won't work rebooted,uninstalled will not load past play just kicks off
