I'm glad to hear that you finally got through the level I've had a look at your player account to see if all was OK. I finally "got through the level" as the game stopped crashing. Honestly if you don't have the ability to fix me up with the coins I've wasted the what are you even here for replying? Do you really think I've got the time to go through ANOTHER support channel? This system of reporting bugs is hateful, and has taken days to complete! Just fix me up will you and stop wasting my time?
Unfortunately I won't be able to fix you up with coins. As this is a large amount of in-game items for a level crash I fully recommend that you get the issue checked and fixed so that it doesn't happen again.
So really, what was your point in coming here? Is there a faster way I can fix this issue if it happens again? I'm pretty damn annoyed at King's response, as frankly I couldn't think of a less efficient way to reporting a simple bug.
Could you at least pass this on the other support group and save me time and hassal for this arduous and overly complicated method of resolving issues, that aren't even explained? And why can't replies be viewed in emails? I don't want to check back on the groups website all the time, I just want it sorted out efficiently!
It does sound like you got a bit sideways in getting your crash issue addressed You've reached our Farm Heroes community and the issue you have experienced requires dedicated support so that it won´t happen again. All you'll need to do is to use the contact form to get in contact with support.
OK, the stupid virtual assistant relied to my message?! This is absolutely infuriating!? Can I not just get a HUMAN BEING to deal with my case? Why is this soo incredibly difficult? I just want what I wasted back. What is this supposed to do this forum? As so far it's been a massive waste of time.
Hi @justawful2 what I usually find is the emails directing me to the forum are bots. While annoying, the sheer volume of emails the games get make it impossible to answer everyone. So I usually reply to the bot one and get a human. @MarkHawk is a real person which is why he gave you the support link so you can report it directly. The forum and websites have had a shuffle around. We can of course report it for you, but we would need some details. I just looked back through the earlier comments, have you tried any troubleshooting, have you checked the store for updates? Could we also have the app version too. I get you're frustrated completely. When games don't behave it is annoying, but often troubleshooting fixes it and if not, we can escalate it to see if more are reporting it
Well I've emailed them using the link, and yeah, getting no response. I'm completely fed up with how long this process is. I meant beans, not coins I want accredited.
I don't know why a simple gesture of good will cant be just made and beans added? It's not like I've been playing this game a week to get past level 1799. If this game mucks up again like this, I'll just delete it. This process couldn't be anymore time consuming.
