    Have you tried clearing cache etc and the other troubleshooting though? As we haven't got a lot of players complaining about that, usually it is helped by doing the steps given first. 
    Do you also have access to a computer or another device? Have you tried playing it on something else. Sometimes if the phone has corrupted the download, that would mean only you have the issue and that is where troubleshooting would clear it. 
    I know a week is frustrating. My worst was 2 months, just lately the longest was 3 weeks. And one of those was the same thing recently, the game lost connection but that was pc. I have raised it with him again, but honestly, unless you try the troubleshooting to get the process going, their hands are tied.

    Yes I've tried the trouble shooting, I've tried clearing the cache. I've got access via PC too.

    I'm done with this conversation OK? I'm bored of this. I'd rather just reply in email but can't, because??? I can't be bothered with this process anymore. This is entire process is a joke.

    Well I've emailed them using the link, and yeah, getting no response. I'm completely fed up with how long this process is. I meant beans, not coins I want accredited.

    I don't know why a simple gesture of good will cant be just made and beans added? It's not like I've been playing this game a week to get past level 1799. If this game mucks up again like this, I'll just delete it. This process couldn't be anymore time consuming.

    I've added 2000 beans to your player account and you should have them available next time you play the game.
