    Thanks for your advice Markus. I have followed the instructions  but am still not able to get my progress back. I will try again to see if I can get it back

    Hello.

    I have the same problem with size. I am using Android version and as mentioned, all boosters and live messages are saved on device. I know I need to upgrade my phone as I have low memory, but can I take the local files and transfer them into my new device? Can I find them going inside My Files/Local space and trying to find the game folder? The account is synced to Facebook but I have saved on boosters for high levels.

    Hi @DanielskiF and welcome to the community!

    You're talking above my tech level now. I can't say it wouldn't work as I have heard others speak of doing that but I don't know if it would or does so I am not even going to attempt to answer.

    You would probably be better contacting customer support as that is a proper tec question and hopefully they might know 😊

    We would normally suggest that you don't save too many boosters anyway as sometimes if the game or device has issues they can all be wiped (like my 300+ were last week as I couldn't get the game to connect to facebook without resetting it) and that if you are switching devices, then you would need to use them up on that device first.

    Your beans and gold would transfer over with your progress anyway when you sign in to FB.

    For boosters, I am completly stuck as my memory is full and I cannot update the game and now the game is not starting anymore.

    So that is my last option as I already deleted all apps that I can...
